Garden Transformation in Chatham, Kent

The existing garden was in need of a refresh, with tired fencing and a lawn that had seen better days. The customer wanted to improve the overall look of the garden while creating a modern, attractive space that could be enjoyed throughout the year.

Contemporary Slatted Fencing

One of the biggest changes was replacing the old fencing with a modern slatted fence design.

Slatted fencing is a great choice for contemporary gardens. The horizontal lines create a stylish, modern finish while helping to make the garden feel wider and more open. It also provides an attractive backdrop for planting, garden furniture and other landscaping features.

The old fencing was removed and the new slatted fencing installed to create a smart, consistent boundary around the garden. The result instantly transformed the appearance of the space and gave it a much more modern feel.

A Fresh New Lawn

To complete the transformation, we also removed the tired existing turf and prepared the garden for a brand-new lawn.

Good preparation is essential when laying new turf, so the ground was properly prepared and levelled before the fresh turf was installed. The new lawn provides a lush green contrast against the contemporary fencing and immediately makes the whole garden feel fresher and more inviting.

A Simple but Effective Garden Transformation

This project is a great example of how changing just a couple of key elements can completely transform a garden.

The combination of contemporary slatted fencing and fresh turf has turned this Chatham garden into a smart, modern outdoor space that’s ready for the homeowners to enjoy.

If your garden is looking tired and you’re considering new fencing, turfing or a complete garden makeover in Chatham, Medway or the surrounding areas of Kent, we’d be happy to help.
